1. Overview

Warner Innovation Systems LLC (“WIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates warnerinno.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use our site.

Information you provide: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, company size, industry, and any message you choose to send. When you book a discovery call, scheduling information is handled by Proton Calendar and governed by their privacy policy.

Automatically collected information: Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics and nothing else. It sets no cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash computed from the incoming request, that hash is discarded after 24 hours, and no data point is stored against an IP address. It records the timestamp, URL, route, referrer, filtered query parameters, coarse location (country, region, city), operating system, browser and device type. No experiment identifier ever leaves your browser: before anything is sent, any address identifying a WIS Blueprint experiment is rewritten to a generic form and its query string discarded, and anything under our authentication paths is dropped entirely so a sign-in link is never transmitted.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and consultation requests, schedule and conduct discovery calls, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering our services: Vercel (hosting, edge delivery and analytics), Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments and invoicing), Proton Calendar (scheduling), and Kit (mailing list, where you have subscribed). Each provider is contractually required to protect your data and processes it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train machine-learning models.

5. Cookies and Tracking

There are three categories of cookie and local storage on this site, and only three. None of them is used for advertising, and none of them tracks you across other websites.

Session and authentication cookies — strictly necessary. Set so that a signed-in user stays signed in. You cannot sign in without them, so they are not gated by the cookie banner.

Preferences you set — stored in your browser only. When you collapse a panel or resize a column in WIS Blueprint, we remember it so the tool looks the same next time. The same applies to your answer to the cookie banner. These are stored in your browser’s local storage, are never transmitted to us, and you can clear them at any time through your browser’s settings.

Analytics — no cookies, and nothing stored on your device. Vercel Web Analytics sets none. See section 4 for exactly what it records.

Your choice. The cookie banner records your preference in your browser’s local storage. Choosing Decline switches analytics off, and nothing further is sent from your browser.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Client and financial records — invoices, engagement correspondence and the records supporting them — are retained for seven years, matching the period for which business and tax records must be available. Inquiries that do not become engagements — contact-form submissions and the correspondence around them — are retained for two years, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete either sooner, and we will do so except where we are required to keep a record.

When you delete an experiment or your account, the data is removed from our live systems immediately and cannot be restored by us for you. Residual copies may persist in our database provider’s encrypted automated backups for up to seven days before being purged on rotation. Those backups are restorable only as a whole-database disaster-recovery operation, never for an individual user.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/EEA residents may have rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also export your experiment data and delete your account yourself from WIS Blueprint’s settings, without contacting us.

8. Third-Party Services

Our site integrates with third-party services including Proton Calendar (scheduling), Vercel (hosting and edge delivery), Resend (email), Supabase (database), and Stripe (payments). Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites we link to.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
